Another ADF?
Yesterday's went really well despite me and Chris Goldteeth rambling without an agenda. Best part: Liz Sugarman said we were more succinct then the January one. (note to self: no more advance planning) A lot more people showed up at the door and every seat was filled was some standing room. Almost like being at the Whitest Kids U Know show.

Other assorted highlights and blunders:

- 3 pm start time. Hallelujah. We are never doing these at 11 am on a Saturday ever again

- Chuck Plummer starting the trend of the historical background on the name Crown Point

- Lord Easy taking that trend to the next fashionable level

- the criteria is that it has to be good. In 20 minutes. Or 3 hours. Or less. But length doesn't matter. But add music and video. It just has to be good - stick it in!

- How ***** cool it was to have a complete almost equal mix of film, theater and music artists represented. (Yes, theater people win out). Again, the trick is the 3 pm start time...

- Alli Houseworth laying down theater rules and then breaking all of them.

- my cell phone going off

- The wind up and pitch of Kelly's "insult" of Chris - which turned out to be a compliment.

- Every single curator said the most amazing things ever. Oh my god our curators rule.

- the guy who raised his hand with a question, didn't have a question but just told us how cool he thinks this is. (Note to self: do that when I don't have a question)

- Naftali, film producer, wanting to answer a theater producer question. Brilliant. (Naftali, where's your MS profile??? It's the wave of the future)

- forgetting to plug all of the up-coming Fall Collection Calendar we'll be doing - and then getting everyone's attention at the end

- Albert Aeed was sincerely missed but Emily is amazing! Hope the commercial shoot treated you right Albert.

- Pianos for being the best club in the LES. For reals.

If you would be so kind, do us a favor: if you attended the January or April ADF's, let us know if you think we should do another one? Katie Wallack, a wonderful actor and writer, has offered to give us free space in a beautiful loft to host another ADF is we want to. But seriously, it's up to you guys. I don't care: post a comment to this or email info@thefallcollection.org.

If you think these are worth it and you'd encourage your friends to come out and check it out, we'll do another one. But seriously, these are for you guys, so it's up to you to let us know.

Thanks again for coming out. Good times.
