Recent work includes design for theatre, dance, film, special events and interior architecture. Recent New York/World Premieres: Love is Hell (due for release Fall, 2007), The Distance Between Us, I Will Come Like A Thief, The Salacious Uncle Baldrick, The History of Tears, Galt McDermott’s The Goddess Wheel. Recent US Premieres: The Shape of Metal, Trousers, Crestfall, Clocks and Whistles. Publications and Feature Articles: Japan’s Anan Magazine, Asia’s Architectural Design and Style Magazine, XY Magazine, Issue1 Magazine, New York Metro, Women’s Wear Daily, Edge Magazine, The Bangor Daily News. Interiors/Architectural: Sweet Priscilla’s Café, Sophia Eugene, historical restoration design for the Bangor Opera House in Maine, Synergy Fitness Centers. Lex has served as the Associate Costume Designer on two seasons of The Big Apple Circus, The Principle Designer for The Central Park Conservancy, is the Resident Scenic/Costume Designer for Partial Comfort Productions and Origin Theatre Company in New York City, and is the Resident Scenic/Costume Designer for The Penobscot Theatre Company at the Bangor Opera House.
