Libby Emmons' writing has been produced with Blue Box World (of which she is producing director), Galapagos, Bowery Poetry Club, Atlantic Theater School, Desipina, and Polybe + Seats, among other organizations. Her plays have been performed in Buffalo, Philadelphia, Sacramento, Sheffield, New Zealand, and Argentina. She has been commissioned by the Williamstown Theatre Festival's Act 1 Company (2006) and Libby has also been nominated for the Dramatist Guild's Wasserstein Prize. Libby received her MFA from the Columbia University School of the Arts and holds her BA from Sarah Lawrence College.
